Gallaway Commercial, Inc. is a tenant only commercial real estate company. When beginning their prospecting process, they would receive an address and company name for all tenants within a building. With these, they would have to source all the needed data to qualify a tenant as a prospective client, a manual and tedious activity. We have automated this activity by creating a custom business development software. The software has been made for Laura, the senior project manager, to enable the BDRs to do what they do best. Laura can gather all the information the BDRs need to qualify a prospect and have them making calls and emails faster than ever before. The software uses Proxycurl as the primary enrichment database and integrates with HubSpot to collect company profiles.
